Roles Available

1. Sous Chef or Senior CDP

  • 4 - 5 years experience in culinary arts and relevant F&B business

  • Exercise supervision and delegate work assignments in an equal manner amongst the team

  • Check and forecast the daily food stock usage and ensure that it is sufficient for use during the restaurant operation hours

  • Initiate food and beverage requisition requirements and submit for approval

  • Inspect the quality of work done and check to ensure that the prescribed standard receipts are being adhered to

  • Assist in preventing wastage, loss, spoilage and keep operation cost in line with the departmental cost policy

  • Inspect and check that the kitchen and operating equipment are always in safe condition to prevent unnecessary accidents

  • Ensure that the operating equipment and surrounding work area are kept clean and hygienic at all times

Work Salary Package:

 

  • 6 day work week

  • From 48 hours/week

  • $2500 - $3500 depending on experience

  • Meals provided

  • Uniform provided

*No quota for S Pass currently*

LTVP applicants

2. Floor Supervisor

  • 2 - 3 years experience in relevant F&B business

  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality service to the customers in the following areas:

  • Assist in the daily management of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

  • Uphold professional image of restaurant by ensuring restaurant cleanliness as well as properly uniformed and groomed appearances

  • Ensure consistent high quality of customer service is provided in all areas

  • Manage reservations and walk-ins

  • Advise customers on menu choices

  • Attend to customers' request efficiently and effectively

  • Respond to complaints promptly - take appropriate courses of service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guests

Work Salary Package:

 

  • 6 day work week

  • From 48 hours/week

  • $2200 - $2800 depending on experience

  • Meals provided

  • Uniform provided

3. Service Crew (Full Time / Part-time)

  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality service to the customers in the following areas:

  • Assist in the daily management of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

  • Uphold professional image of restaurant by ensuring restaurant cleanliness as well as properly uniformed and groomed appearances

  • Ensure consistent high quality of customer service is provided in all areas

  • Manage reservations and walk-ins

  • Advise customers on menu choices

  • Attend to customers' request efficiently and effectively

  • Respond to complaints promptly - take appropriate courses of service recovery actions to turn unhappy patrons into return guests

Work Salary Package:

  • $10 - $12 per hour depending on experience

  • Able to work min 2 shifts a week

  • Bonus payout for 6 months and above commitment
